FlyMeets Kiosks are for the person who walks up. They ask in their own language. The guide answers, and the glass shows the flight, the gate, and the walk. Airports are the demo. Any floor can host one.

Use on the floor

What a person asks.

The kiosk is for the person standing there. They ask in their own language, and the screen answers while the guide is still speaking. An airport is the sample on screen, not the only place a kiosk can stand.

On the glass

Flights, gates, and the walk.

A person asks for a flight, a gate, the Wi-Fi, or the way out. The screen shows it while the guide is still speaking. If the kiosk does not have a path, it says so instead of inventing one.

    Cora answers out loud

    No menu and no push-to-talk. A person talks. Cora replies, and the caption stays on the glass.

    The flight, while they talk

    Status, gate, terminal, boarding. The card is the answer, not a link to go find it.

    The walk is drawn

    You are here, the gate, security, the train. If the kiosk does not have a path, it says so.

  4. 04

    Any language on the floor

    You choose the languages for that floor. The person speaks. The reply follows. They do not have to find a language menu first.

The guide

The guide uses the name of the place.

Cora is the name in the demo. On your floor the guide can use yours. She covers where the person is, the flight, the gate, the walk, and the Wi-Fi. When they are finished, they rate the session and it closes.

FlyMeets, the app, connects people on the same flight for a meeting before boarding. Each person controls who can see them. The kiosk can explain that and point the person to the app. A profile stays hidden until both people agree.
