Welcome to FlyMeets. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlyMeets website, waitlist, mobile application, and related services (the “Services”) operated by FLYMEETS PTE LTD (“FlyMeets”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, joining the waitlist, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About FlyMeets

FlyMeets helps travelers and professionals discover meaningful connections based on shared flights, interests, and availability. Features may change as we develop the product, and some capabilities may be limited during waitlist or early-access periods.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using FlyMeets, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and waitlist

You may join our waitlist with a valid email address. When accounts become available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@flymeets.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm other users
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, flight, or affiliation
  • Post unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services or their security
  • Use the Services for spam, advertising without permission, or commercial solicitation unrelated to genuine travel connections
  • Share another person’s personal information without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct that may harm users, FlyMeets, or third parties.

5. User content and interactions

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant FlyMeets a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

FlyMeets facilitates introductions between travelers. We are not responsible for the conduct of users offline or online, including meetings at airports or elsewhere. Use common sense and your own judgment when interacting with others.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also acknowledge that policy.

7. Intellectual property

The FlyMeets name, logo, design, software, and content we provide are owned by FLYMEETS PTE LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by these Terms for normal use of the Services.

8. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, apps, or flight-related data sources. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyMeets disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that matches will be available, accurate, or successful, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlyMeets and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) SGD 100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyMeets from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, or terminate your access, at any time with or without notice where permitted by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts in Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
